This Privacy Policy explains how Built to Win LLC ("SQUADRUN," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you join our waitlist or use the SQUADRUN app at squadrun.net.

1. Information We Collect

When you join the waitlist and build your Squad Card, you provide:

2. How We Use Your Information

Operate the waitlist and, at launch, the SQUADRUN app (squad matching, check-ins, chat).
Send you transactional messages (you're on the list, your launch invite) and — if you opted in — Beta updates.
Improve the product and understand how founders use it.
Protect the service against fraud, abuse, and security threats.

3. Legal Bases (GDPR/UK GDPR)

Where applicable, we rely on your consent (marketing emails), performance of a contract (providing the service you signed up for), and our legitimate interests (security, product improvement).

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run SQUADRUN:

We keep waitlist data until you ask us to delete it or it is no longer needed. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link in any email.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live (e.g., EEA/UK under GDPR, California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to:

Access, correct, or delete your personal information;
Receive a copy of your data (portability);
Withdraw consent / opt out of marketing;
